Based in the firm’s Lexington office, Heather focuses on representing individuals in Lexington car wreck cases, premises liability claims, and complex injury matters across Kentucky. A native of Eastern Kentucky, she graduated from Prestonsburg High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Kentucky, and later her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Heather began her legal career in general practice, spending over a decade representing injured individuals in motor vehicle accidents and liability claims. In 2015, she expanded her experience into personal injury defense, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and fight claims. In August 2021, she joined the firm as a Lexington injury attorney, where she now focuses exclusively on helping injury victims navigate the legal process, negotiate with insurance companies, and pursue full compensation for their losses.
Heather is AV Preeminent Peer Rated, recognizing the highest level of professional excellence, legal skill, and ethical standards. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Fayette County Bar Association, University of Kentucky Alumni Association, and United Commercial Travelers of America, and is licensed to practice in Kentucky and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
Outside the office, Heather lives in Lexington with her daughters, Abby and Kylie, and enjoys supporting them in their athletic activities.
